No, we don’t bill insurance for treatment. When insurance companies pay for your treatment, it means they can audit my treatment plans, read what we discussed in sessions and decide whether or not you need more sessions. We believe you have a right to confidentiality, and the right to decide how your treatment should go. For this and many other reasons, we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment. Upon request, we will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that you will get reimbursement, and we recommend discussing with your insurance company to get more clarity.
You can pay for your sessions with cash, debit or credit card, or HSA cards. Please note that full payment is due at the time of service.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and/or do not show up for your session, you will still be charged the full session fee.
